The image is dry-mounted onto a custom piece of high density press wood, then permanently sealed with a clear vinyl matte laminate. The edges of the plak are bevelled and coloured. There is a large variety of edge colours to choose from. A slot in the back allows for easy hanging flush to the wall.
Matt border is similiar to the plakmount process except for the mattings. There is a 3/16" coloured trim around the image and it is then centered onto another coloured matting. The outside matting is called a border and is 1 1/2" wide. More than one item can be mounted onto the same plak and can be grouped onto the same trim or trimmed individually. Trim may be omitted upon request.

Similar to the flushmount except the box frame is smaller than the masonite and is centered on the back to give the illusion that the picture is floating from the wall. The edges are bevelled and finished in a variety of colours.
The image is drymounted on 1/8" tempered masonite and sealed with a matte finish laminate. Bevelled, coloured edges are not standard on this product, but are available.
The image is drymounted on 1/4" white foamcore and sealed with a matte finish laminate. Plastic edging is available in 4 colours - Black, White, Gold, and Silver at an additional cost.
The image is drymounted on 1/2" black gatorboard and sealed with a matte finish laminate. Bevelled edges and hanging slots are available on this product. Coloured edges are available at an additional cost.
The image is mounted to whitefaced 40 or 65 pt chip card and sealed with a matte or gloss finish laminate. Maximum size is 32" x 44". Easles in 2 sizes are available at an additional cost. This is ideal for point-of-purchase displays.
Your print, image, or document is manufactured using the Plak-It® process.
It is first mounted to specially selected material, the surface is completely sealed with a tough, durable laminate using heat and pressure. It's then digitally traced and cut out to any shape that you desire. The edges are painted with a variety of colours and the Plak-It® Cut-Out is ready for wall hanging or display presentation.
